GradGather is a program designed to help students connect and build community. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to handling your information responsibly. In the case that this policy changes in the future, GradGather will notify all users before the new policy goes into effect.

When you sign up for GradGather, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. By signing up for a session you consent to receive SMS message and SMS group messages. If you participate in group chats, your first name will be visible to other GradGather users.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to operate the program, manage communications, and support your participation in GradGather activities. University staff who administer the program may access the information you provide, as well as records of your engagement with GradGather.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Your Choices
You can contact the GradGather team at any time if you wish to update or remove your information from the program.
